Placing Orders From Behrmann Meats

Behrmann Meats is a “head to tail” butcher shop which utilizes the entire animal, from head to tail, in its offerings. So if we don’t have what you want, we can most likely get it. Our special customer orders come every Wednesday along with our regular order and will be ready for pickup that afternoon.

Examples of what we can order include;

• Subprimal cuts of beef and pork
• Beef and Pork offal – Also referred to as Variety Meats includes organs, bones and blood.

To place a special order, simply come by the shop or call us at 618-699-4527. We take orders from Wednesday to Saturday with orders coming in the following Wednesday afternoon.
