Creekstone Kettle Works – SMores Popcorn

Milk chocolate and dehydrated micro-mini marshmallows over our version of “graham cracker” popcorn.  This gluten-free version of the classic campfire snack is a little less gooey, but no less delicious!  We created this recipe specifically for an elementary school “reading night,” and they ordered it the next year, so we like to say it is “kid-tested and teacher approved!”  It has also been a popular treat for fall weddings. Sold in 5 oz. small bags (4 to 4 1/2 cups), 1.5 servings.
