Description

A St. Louis novelty and favorite, Pork Steak is also known as a blade steak, because it’s cut from the shoulder blade. While not as tender as other cuts of pork, Pork Steak has incomparable flavor. This cut of meat is often fatty, which provides additional flavor and moisture when cooked. Great for marinating and braising.
