Chef’s Request

Our founder & creator of the marinade, Lois Garcia, experimented with several family favorite recipes which lead to the creation of Chef’s Request! After many years of rave reviews and encouragement from friends and family, Lois began her own marinade venture into the culinary field.  The marinade was originally intended for beef, but soon its versatility was discovered. It works great on beef, pork, chicken, and wild game, andyet it tastes very different on every type of meat. With a slight alteration from the original recipe of Chef’s Request Marinade, Buckhead Marinade was born.
