What a day. Today we had our Grand Re-Opening of Times Right celebrating two years in business and our expansion opening the Treasure Market. The Chamber of Commerce, WKRV radio, Vandalia Leader-Union and The Centralia Sentinal were present for the ribbon cutting. Mayor Gottman and Ken stood beside Wanda as she cut the ribbon.
