Often referred to as “The Biggest little Plant in Southern Illinois”, Berhmanns Meats is processing over 250 hogs weekly, all locally raised, and approximately 25 beef. Their specialties consist of Cured Bacon, Bone-In and Bone-Out Cured Hams, and their “squeel’n fresh” Pork Sausage and Bratwurst (which are available in a variety of flavors), not to mention fresh Beef cuts.
Times Right is now offering an assortment of their meat products both fresh and frozen. If we don’t have what you want, we can special order it.
